If you aren't already up on Toms shoes, get familiar. And you can pick up your pair right from Rugged Sole at the event.

Mishka's Holiday 2009 collection has just dropped, and right in time for all of those family festivities...

These two pieces are part of the Phenom collab, with the inside of the hat having the same print as the inner lining of the leather jacket.
Since chances are grandma isn't going to surprise you with a knitted monster skull sweater this year, you grab these and much more from eastwestworldwide.com... and don't forget to cash in on 20% off with code "SwaggerDap"

The first batch of items from Mishka's Fall 2009, Born Under a Bad Sign collection have just started to roll into stores...

The more anticipated wovens and outerwear is still yet to be released but this is definitely a good start to the Fall as it is already getting colder in the Northeast.
You can grab the new Mishka from eastwestworldwide.

Mishka has just released a lookbook for their Fall 2009 collection, "Born Under a Bad Sign". Both the photography and the Fall line look really great...

From Mishka:
"This Fall, we focused on items inspired by the great outdoors and quintessential American classics. The line boasts a broader range of fabrics, tailored cuts and a healthy mix of subdued hues and our trademark colors perpetually remaining true to Mishka sensibilities. Think of it as if the Brooklyn denizens went on a camping trip in Oregon.
Cut and sew is a mainstay this Fall with flagship pieces such as The Mariner Pea Coat, Evergreen Hunter Work Coat and the Mephisto Leather Motor Cycle Jacket. Flannels like the Hudson Plaid shirt and the Loveless Plaid shirts are at the core of fall 09 collection. Complimenting this, simple and streamlined jackets like the Pillbox Blazer and sharp dress shirts like the Undertone Chambray add a level of whimsical maturity.
No collection would be complete without a stalwart selection of denim including the Boris skinny and the Alexei. And a Mishka collection wouldn’t be complete without a standard capsule t-shirt line aptly titled Born Under a Bad Sign, which features twelve tees illustrating the twelve zodiac signs, each represented by select Mishka artists.
The Fall 09 collection will be available in-store at 350 on Friday August 21."

While we were perusing north of the border this past weekend, Mishka opened the doors to their very first flagship store, right in NYC.

It seems like quite a few people showed up for the opening party on friday, which is great to see.
The delightfully evil characteristics of the brand seem to translate into their store front quite well. With biker graffiti on the walls, skulls, and neon being heavily featured, this store just screams Mishka. Can't wait to get back to the city and check it out.

"Mishka’s 350 Broadway Space is the culmination of years of determination from everyone at Mishka, not to mention the dedication of Mishka’s fans and supporters the world over. Simply put, the store is here for all of us - it’s the new hub of energy at Mishka, it’s where the brand came from and it’s where the brand is going."
