Introducing: Lemon Clothing

Lemon is a new line out of Hawaii that just sent over a video featuring their 2010 Winter goods. The video is a little lengthy but definitely captures that laid back way of life and uses one of my favorite songs of all time, so I had to show love...

Remember when Cee Lo used to rap!?

"When life hands you lemons, make dope shit!"

Introducing: H-O-R-S-E

From the depths of the UK, comes a young illustrator with his new line, H-O-R-S-E...

The randomness of this photo shoot is so hilariously awesome. Like who even owns matching black pugs, never mind awkwardly holds them in a lookbook.

But I'm digging the very simple and slightly abstract illustrations, which according to the artist are "Images that are both RAD and SAD. I intended the images to read as both simple, graphic devices but still have a hand drawn, naive feeling to them."

Check out all of the tees over on the H-O-R-S-E site, and even more of the artist's awesome work on his personal site.

Introducing O Clock Timepieces

O Clock is a brand new company out of Milan that is keeping it to the very basics with their new line of watches. Coming in tons of colors, they are well priced and uniquely packaged in air sealed cans...

In each of the 15 colors offered, the faces are all white with no numbers shown. Yes, minimalism at its best. And perhaps most interestingly for a watch, the bands are not adjustable, but rather made of stretchy and indestructible silicon, coming in small, medium, or large sizes depending on your wrist. Oh, and they are also completely waterproof and will only set you back $36! Not too shabby, eh?

Just released and available now through O Clock.

Introducing: Wollyhood Clothing

While everyone is focused on being cool and having the latest limited edition everything, there are still some brands out there that just want to have fun with it. Wollyhood is one of those brands and you can tell from their website that all they want is to Do Fun Shit.

Their mission:
"From the seedy underbelly of high fashion, a fresh face has arrived! Like the millions before and the billions after, Wollyhood Clothing sets their sites on the prize. No, not Megan Fox or black Maybachs but just to have fun!"

Wollyhoods first full season should be debuting at Magic and releasing soon after for the fall season with a full line for men and women. We will definitely be bringing you all of that excitement but for now you can still shop some of the samples and early pieces from them, here.

Gas'd - "Love is Real" (August 1st)

Gas'd, a new line out of Cali, will be introducing their very 1st season on August 1st. "Love is Real" is the collection, which features the overly simple aesthetic of 4 basic shapes that "spell" LOVE.

To be honest I'm not sure how I stumbled upon this brand, but the second I saw their stuff I was in love with it. The overly simple aesthetics of the shapes are awesome, and even though it may not seem it, each shirt carries such a different feel. I remember learning in class how shapes and angles can compliment certain bodies and direct your eyes to different places, which is exactly what these shirts do. Definitely have to at least pick up the ▲❍▼❏ (LOVE) logo tee and maybe another.

As far as I know the line is unisex and will be launching through their Gas'dsation webstore on August 1st.

Also be sure to check out AFTA-1, who works with Gas'd and does everything audio for them.

Introducing: Afrik

It's always nice to see lines that started in dorm rooms continue to grow after the college life is over. Afrik was started by a Cornell student just 2 years ago and carries some smart themes that a well educated consumer could definitely appreciate. Here are some looks into the Spring/ Summer 2009 line.

He Who Is King Cardigan / Got Roots Tee

Land of the Blind / Lift While You Climb

Staying conscious is both theme and application, the historical and cultural motivated graphics are all printed on organic cotton blends.

You can grab Afrik through their site here.

These elements of the "Cartel" are Mind, Body & Soul. These elements dwell in the most beautiful city ever created "Babylon", which is ironic because the city was destroyed."

Introducing: Simply Complicated

The good people over at Simply Complicated Apparel are just getting their line off the ground and into accounts with some nice tees for the Spring season.

Barber Shop Graffiti / Global View

Creative Lock / Global View (purple)

While the line is still young with just a handful of designs, and more to come withing the next month they are motivated and say that they "are a line that puts just about as much thought into every design that a president would put into his foreign policy." Gotta like that.

Simply Complicated can be bought right from their online store.

For a limited time you can get 20% off of your order by using the discount code SWAGGERDAP.

So get on that!
