Yours Truly - Holiday '09 "Fuck the Economy"

Better late than never, Yours Truly has just released a lookbook for their Holiday 2009 collection which is bluntly called "Fuck the Economy". I shot the lookbook this past weekend, so hope you enjoy...

"The checkered craigslist pattern was created using real New York City craigslist ads. These comical yet scandalous craigslist listings are seen throughout the collection, which includes a reversible funnel neck, reversible zippered mini, leggings with ankle zippers, long sleeve raglan with striped pattern accent, and a dress with asymmetrical shoulders and adjustable length side drawstrings. The graphic and photo tees are also inspired by the depressed economy and include statements like "Ain't nothing going on but the rent," "Fucking Economy," and "New York City - Where else could I get away with this shit." The lookbook takes you inside the life of a modern day New York fashionista, who with no food or money to pay the rent, still manages to look fierce and live a fabulous life."

I also shot the artwork for the 2 photo tees, so I'd love to hear your feedback on the collection and the lookbook!

Everything should be available by the end of the week through Yours Truly online shop and in stores.
