Reebok Pump 20th Anniversary Complete Collection

As you've probably heard by now, Reebok is celebrating 20 years of the Pump, and has gotten together with 20 of their top sneaker stores in the world for some festivities. All of the shops were brought to Reebok HQ for a few days and got to design their very own shoe.

I've found it hard to keep up on which shoe is which and having a chance to see them all, so I sorted them out in alphabetical order to make it a little easier for you all to see...

24 Kilates (Spain), Alife (NYC), Atmos (Tokyo), Bodega (Boston)

HUF (San Francisco), Juice (Hong Kong), Kasina (Seoul), Kicks-Hi (Hawaii)

colette (Paris), Commonwealth (Virginia), Espionage (Sydney), Hanon (Aberdeen)

Packer Shoes (New Jersey), Patta (Amsterdam), Saint Alfred (Chicago), Size? (London)

Sneakersnstuff (Stockholm), Solebox (Berlin), Stolen Riches (Toronto), UNDFTD (LA)

There are so many crazy shoes in this collection, I would give a lot to have them all! BUT chances are most of us won't get our hands on any of them unfortunately. Each shop will only get 31 pairs of their own shoes. So 20 shops, 31 pairs each, that means that there are only 620 pairs of releasing in total. Thats a small run of ONE shoe, never mind 20 different pairs.
So while this was more of a celebration for the company and the stores, lets hope it spurs more Reebok Pumps to the market. More premiums, more collabs, more creativity! One of my favorite shoes but sadly it rarely releases in the classic models.

If you are by one of the stores be sure to get your camping gear ready soon. These will all release on Saturday the 20th. Be sure to call the stores ahead of time though, because I know that Bodega, for example, is doing a lottery so that there will be no line up.

Lastly, check out Pump20.com for more pictures and videos with each shop on their Pump

Colette x Reebok Pump, 20 Year Anniversary

To celebrate 20 years of the Pump, Reebok will be collaborating with heavyweight stores from all over the globe (UNDFTD, Commonwealth, Huf, Solebox, Patta, Juice) to recreate the iconic shoe. First up is colette, and they are looking amazing...

"The pair is fully incorporated gray jersey, with colette blue accents. It will be offered with several sets of laces (white, gray mottled, speckled gray). The Pump colette will be a special showcase in the store the week of November 16 when other pairs of the project will be exhibited. Limited to 30 copies only, each pair from the Pump 20 project will be sold only in stores that collaborated. The Pump colette will therefore only available in the Parisian store, that of Patta Only in Amsterdam, the Solebox in Berlin etc. .. Worldwide release November 20, 2009. You have been warned."

These were love at 1st sight, I'm so sad that none of those stores participating are all that close. There must be an NYC store in that mix somewhere.

"Gizmo" Reebok Pump Omni Lite

To commemorate the 25th anniversary of the Gremlins movie franchise, Reebok is putting together 2 very interesting Pump Omni Lites. The 1st of the pack is the furry "Gizmo"...

Just like the movie Gizmo, these shoes are really furry, and MAKE SURE YOU DON'T GET THEM WET! They might just turn into the Gremlin Pump Omni Lite...

These Gizmo Pump Omni Lights are available at EASTWESTWORLDWIDE.
(don't forget 20% off with the code "swaggerdap")

Reebok Pay-Dirt Pumps

This is just from the rumor mill, but there may be an august retro of the Reebok Pump Pay-Dirt trainers. These were repped by the likes of Emmit Smith and Frank Thomas in their heyday. Circa 1992

Throw some white laces in there and these kill it.

Reebok x John Maeda

Besides the resurgence of the Pump, personally Reebok hasnt done much to impress me lately. (*cough* Kool Aid *cough*)
But their second collab with MIT professor John Maeda (yes I said a collab with an MIT proffessor) is looking rather crazy.

The shoe is inspired by the law of Emotion in Professor Maeda’s book The Laws of Simplicity. Only 100 pairs will go on sale at select retailers and rbkcustom.com March 31, 2008.

BTW, its a Women's shoe, so you big feet goons are outta luck (*cough* meezy *cough*)
