Finally had a day off yesterday, so figured I'd at least capture a little bit of New York Fashion Week by lurking around Milk Studios while the Jeremy Scott show was taking place inside. And due to the nature of the show I was excited to be able to see the more wild side of NYFW street style...















Lots of makeup, fur, and wild patterns... oh and no smiles, smiles definitely are not cool.

Adidas Originals by Jeremy Scott - Teddy Bear Sneakers

I feel like a broken record here, but Jeremy Scott for Adidas Originals has once again stepped up the level of craziness creativity. For Spring '11 we will get some Teddy Bear Sneakers... yea, just beyond awesomely nuts...




Sure they might not be the most wearable/ versatile sneakers out there (especially for guys), but if I ever get invited to a Playboy pajama party, I know exactly what I'm wearing! My only critique is that the bear looks quite a bit like Snuggles, but it's still the cutest thing I've seen all day... well aside from this.

I need to be on whatever this man is taking during his design process. Eternal inspiration. Adidas just keeps winning by giving these fantastic designers the resources and platform to make these collections under them. I can't wait to see what Stella Mcartney has in store for England and the Olympics.

Fashion designer Jeremy Scott and streetwear icon Kazuki have worked on their second season, Adidas Originals by Originals to bring you together their unique works which created a groudbreaking mini collection. The exciting collection is bought out by it's bold colors and shapes. This is the newest Fall/Winter 2009 Collection for Adidas Original by Originals line by designer Jeremy Scott. Jeremy Scott’s latest collaboration release with adidas Originals is a remix of last season’s funky animal prints and a new tune singing “one world, one love”. While some of the hoodies from this season feature leopard spots flanking altruistic preachings of “Global Love.”

Jeremy Scott x Adidas Originals - 3 Tongue Sneaker

The shoe that definitely got the most buzz when we previewed the second coming of Jeremy Scott x Adidas Originals, was the neon highlighter 3 tongued Altitude. well now that the release in only a month or 2 away we finally get to see some better pics...





All of the sneakers that Jeremy Scott has done for Adidas Originals have been eye catching and amazing in their own way and he obviously doesn't plan on stopping. Some people are hating hard on these but I think they are a must cop, as long as you know how to wear them. And the obnoxious neon color only adds to the essence of the shoe.


Look for these at Adidas Originals stores in late July to August.

Jeremy Scott x Adidas Originals - Round 2, Fall 2009

With the great success of the 1st Adidas Originals by Jeremy Scott, and just the whole Adidas Originals collaborative series as a whole, there will be another round of Jeremy Scott designed footwear for the upcoming Fall 2009 season.

This 1st 3 tongued shoe is amazing! For those people who love to rock the obnoxious tongues on sneakers well now you have 3 on one shoe. I need this to drop sometime in the summer to get the full effect of the highlighter neon color. Must have.

Then we see the inverse basically of the white and gold JS Wings with black and silver versions. Have to say I much prefer the gold and white pairs but the brushed silver ain't too shabby.

Then an interesting sneaker with a tongue that wraps all the way down the front of the shoe and features a strap underneath. I'd like to see more of this to understand everything that's going on here.

Then a little teaser of a crazy patterned shoe.

Set for the Fall '09 collection these should be dropping sometime in the latter half of Summer. Check your local Adidas Originals store for more info.

A Closer Look: Adidas x Jeremy Scott JS Wings

Even in tough times I still manage to blow money that I don't have as just last week I picked up the Jeremy Scott x Adidas "Originals by Originals" JS Wings. Before heading to SoHo to see if they were in I was trying to find better pics of them and found one or two of the gold pairs but not much overall, so I thought I would post up some detailed pictures of the winged shoe.


The wings are actually laced on through those eyelets so they are detachable with a quick unlacing.

The chrome grill lace locks read Jeremy across the teeth.

Small details.



While these are my first pair of Adidas (and all white kicks), they are way more comfortable than the shell toes that I have tried on and fit just like my Y-3, which are one of my favorite sneakers just based on comfort and fit.

These sold out with the quickness at the Adidas Originals store in SoHo but they still have limited numbers of the other Jeremy Scott sneakers (black with oversized tongue and yellow and purple). Also look for the new season of Originals By Originals as Jeremy Scott is back with a Mickey Mouse themed sneaker that was featured in his runway show, as well as a wild looking layered 3 tongued sneaked.

Jeremy Scott x Adidas Collection

Jeremy Scott’s teamed up with Adidas for three releases set to drop early next year. If you don’t know him, Jeremy’s an iconic Fashion Designer from Missouri whose
unique fashion pieces have been rocked by the likes of Paris Hilton, Kanye, Madonna, and more.

These Artillery HIs are a black and green snakeskin piece with a side of patent leather and custom lace locks. Set to drop Feb. ’09. Sorry, I couldn’t think of anything else to say yo. Just look at ‘um.



The JS Logos are also set to drop in Febuary ’09. This pair is definitely the most humble of the collection – minus its obnoxious tongue! (I love it.) The JS Logos also come with custom lace jewels and a signature outsole.




WOW. I mean, wow. These are uhm..a little OD, nah? The JS WINGS obviously have wings on them. As if being obnoxiously gold wasn’t enough, these JS WINGS also come with – Wings. Don’t worry tho- if the wings are a little too much for ya, you can remove ‘um. But unlike the other two pairs, you’ll have to wait for these a little bit longer – they drop March 2009.



I think my favorites are the JS Logos. I can’t help but love obnoxious tongues. No entendres intended.
