A Silly Bape Thing Preview Tees

While the entire Silly Bape Thing project won't be released until October, Nigo is teaming up with TK from Silly Thing for some "emergency release" Bape tees that will be dropping on September 4th...

Photobucket
(after you check out the tees, peep that sweet vintage LV trunk that they rest on. *drools*)

The '2 Generals' are looking a little more friendly in this Silly Bape Thing version, and the general to the right is actually rocking TK's glasses. Then there is also the 'General Polygon' standard college tee.

Available at Think Silly in Hong Kong this weekend.

Bape URSUS a/w 2010 Sneak Peek

TK from Silly Thing give us just a small glimpse into the photoshoot for Bape's URSUS a/w 2010 collaction...

Although only a small preview, the collection looks extremely promising! The "Dark Side" tee and that cardigan is a really great look. Can't wait for the entire lookbook and collection to surface.

Supra TK Society Pro Model Releases

A few months back we saw the initial pictures of Terry Kennedy's pro model for Supra. Now Supra has finally announced an official release and the 2 colorways that will be dropping.

The TK Society Pro Model will be dropping internationally on May 17th at select Supra accounts, so hit up your local dealer.

HighSnobiety caught up with TK for a nice interview about the shoe, clothes, skating, and how he hooked up with The Fly Society and Curren$y.

From Terry:
"The shoe was probably already 50 percent done already the first time I saw it. It was a high, already had the two straps, but there were a lot of things we started to change. We changed the sole on it. It was a cup sole at first, so we changed it to a vulcanized sole which skates better, because I wanted to make something that I was comfortable skating in, but at the same time was fashionable. Then we hid the laces, tucked em in so when you skate ‘em your laces don’t rip. Then we put a special sock liner on the inside, so when you slide your feet in it hugs your feet. That’s why people trip when they put it on, it’s so comfortable.

I like to strap em when I skate in ‘em, give my ankles some support. Then when I’m not skating I like to rock ‘em unstrapped, with the straps just flaring out, get the swagger going."

Silly Thing - "The New Gentleman's Code"

TK does it again this season with an exciting full line from Silly Thing . Entitled "The New Gentleman's Code" the line is full of pieces that can easily be dressed up or down.

After seeing how well the store was done it is great to see a full season from Silly Thing and they do not disappoint. The colors are simple, drab and done perfectly for all of the pieces. I'm loving the entire look that they're presenting, especially the huge bow tie. Need that in my life.

As for now Silly Thing is sold at the Think Silly store in Hong Kong but I'm sure this line will somehow be more accessible then before.
