Nike Sportswear "Bleed Your Colors" Campaign

Nike Sportswear has cleverly tied in March Madness to their huge N98 track jacket launch, with this new "Bleed Your Colors" campaign. To do so they got some recent grads turned NBA players to show off the jacket and rep their old school colors with pride. Since we hold such strong ties to Syracuse, lets start it off with Johnny Flynn...

Johnny Flynn - Syracuse University Orange

And to be honest I wasn't even going to post the rest! (school pride almost getting the best of me)... but since 3 of the four teams are still in the tourney, and the ad campaign is pretty dope, here you go...

Brandon Roy - Washing University Huskies

Zach Randolph - Michigan State University Spartans

Ty Lawson - University of North Carolina Tar Heels

Gerald Henderson - Duke University Blue Devils

Yeah, one of the many things that I've learned being at Nike is that they do what they do very well. Sure that's a very general and possible understatement, but hey it's true! This campaign is perfect for March Madness, and they did an excellent job on the color choices.

The N98 track jacket is available at Nike stores world wide, and also available for customization at Nikes 255 Elizabeth St. design studio in NYC.

Thom Browne for Supreme - Oxford Shirts

In a big move from Supreme this Spring, they've gotten together with designer Thom Browne to produce an exclusive oxford shirt, to be available in three colors...

Super simple, clean, and well executed. And although they do kind of look like the oxfords that Supreme does every year, these look to have a great cut and color.

Available in-store and online on March 25th. Available in Japan on March 27th.

Bape URSUS a/w 2010 Sneak Peek

TK from Silly Thing give us just a small glimpse into the photoshoot for Bape's URSUS a/w 2010 collaction...

Although only a small preview, the collection looks extremely promising! The "Dark Side" tee and that cardigan is a really great look. Can't wait for the entire lookbook and collection to surface.

Nike Air Royal Mid VT "Macaron"

Playing off of their Air Royalty Macaron party with colette, Nike is releasing 2 actual pairs of the Air Royal(ty) in Purple and White. They pulled off the seamless and embossed macaron look by using their Versatract material (which is oddly enough usually used on the outsole of Soccer cleats).

The purple came out great, but I feel like another macaron color may have worked better than the white. The Air Royal has been killing it in the premium leathers so far this year, so I'll be interested to see how these more playful styles do.

These will be available in the coming week, so check you trusty NSW accounts.

Vane x Sebago s/s 2010

Returning for a second round of collaborations, Vane and Sebago are ready unleash this very experimental Spring/ Summer 2010 collection...

Vane (usually known for their hand crafted jewlery and accessories) brings a head turning and almost confusing set of mash ups to the normally conservative set of Sebago shoes. Above you can see the Exo-Boot which matches the bottom half of the traditional boat shoe with the upper collar of a winter boot wrapped around. And below the the crazy entirely 3M reflective Apollo Dockside!

Great to see a traditional North East company like sebago let a brand like Vane take control so that we can see some amazing creativity with the trusty quality that we already know and love. Way more risky than last years lineup but much more appreciated!

You'll be able to find these at top Sebago accounts very soon. Shouts to GoodiesMag for the heads up.
