Maharishi - a/w 2009 Outerwear

While the MHI line carries the more graphic and let just be honest, more affordable items; Maharishi always comes through with the innovative cut & sewn pieces, namely their amazing outerwear.








Mostly military inspired, this season looks amazing. The two army jackets were done absolutely perfectly, that knit piece must be acquired, and even the graphic crew neck is really hot to me. I like that sewing detail on the back.

Mhi By Maharishi is starting to release its Autumn/ Winter line, starting with some graphic tees and crew neck sweatshirts that take graphical cues from the Stock market crash, excessive wealth, and government bailouts...





MHI always makes graphic stuff look so clean and grown. I'm a huge fan.

Adidas Five-Two 3: Porter, X-Large and Maharishi Collabs

There have been preview pics circulating for a while now of the Adidas Five-Two 3 collaborations, and now they've finally released.

The Porter Nizzas are super clean, the X-Large Superstars are a little out there but definitely rockable, and the Maharishi Stan Smiths are nothing short of perfection in my eyes.

Adidas Originals by Maharishi - Stan Smith

Time to add Maharishi to the laundry list of amazing brands that have teamed up with Adidas Originals over the past year. While it's not a full line collaboration, they have come with a really nice crossover Maharishi x Adidas Stan Smith.





Straying a little from their usual military inspired look, this Stan Smith is full blue canvas with some nice white Maharishi embroidery as a perfect subtle accent.

Look for these at Adidas Originals stores in the coming months.

Maharishi Spring/ Summer 2009

Maharishi's spring/ summer 2009 line has just started to trickle into accounts, and as always it is looking quite good.









Sticking with the military look, Maharishi makes a simple and earthy color pallet look great by offering some nice fine details, patches, and hints of brightness. I'm loving the HOPE button down and the zip up sneaker especially, but overall the line is simple and really well done.

Not quite as easy to find as MHI by Maharishi, the Maharishi s/s line is shipping into stores now, so check your local account if you are lucky enough to have one. If all else fails, Standard in the ATL does take phone orders.
