With no preview shots or possible hype, Nike has just released a quickstrike Dunk High in memory of long time sneaker head DJ AM who passed away earlier this year.
As you can see the shoe features DJ AM's logo on the tongue tag, uses a black patent leather and red premium leather for the upper, and the swoosh also looks to be premium leather. The heel has 4 perforated rows at the bottom that hides a very nice 3m detail.
A recent quickstrike release in Asia, these should hit QS accounts this week.
Also, as you've probably heard, DJ AM's entire sneaker collection has slowly been put on eBay, and there are still hundreds of pairs up for grabs. Size 11-12 you are especially in luck! All of the proceeds to to the DJ AM Memorial Fund.

TRV$DJ-AM - Fix Your Face Vol. 2 - Coachella '09
The DJ and Drumming super group of DJ AM and Travis Barker (now know as TRV$DJ-AM) has just released a follow up to their amazing Fix Your Face mixtape. This "Fix Your Face Vol. 2 - Coachella '09" is well clearly a live set that they did at the Coachella music festival this year.
Best part about this mixtape is that it only costs one tweet. Click here to pay with your tweet and get the download.
The 1st Fix Your Face was amazing and as I begin to listen to this one it seems to be following suite quite well. To truly appreciate it you need to see some of their videos and understand that Travis is playing the hell out of the drums to the beats that DJ AM keeps switching up ... live. Pretty amazing considering it's about an hour set with no breaks.
I need to see them live!
